St Paul’s, Main Hall is 15.15m x 9.45m in size. It seats around 80 people comfortably and there are 10 large tables suitable for at least 8 people and 12 smaller tables for 4 people.
There is a stage in the main hall which should only be accessed when hired – please contact the office for more information on hiring this area. We would ask that at all other times this area is not accessed.
We have AV equipment and a portable sound system (with USB and bluetooth connectivity) which can be hired as additional items.
As part of the hire of the main hall you can access the kitchen for making tea/coffee and cold drinks and to serve cold food. If you wish to heat or cook food and use the other equipment then the kitchen option should also be booked.
Please note that if you are booking a children’s party and are using a children’s entertainer or bouncy castle provider they do require additional setting up and clearing away time which should be taken into account when booking the time of your party as it has to be included in your booked time. Please note that bouncy castle providers must hold public liability insurance for at least £5million and a copy of this insurance certificate should be emailed to the office after booking. We hold certificates on file for R Leisure Hire Ltd and Hardy Soft Play but you can book your preferred company and just forward the required information to us.
Main Hall is £24 per hour;
Use of kitchen for preparation of hot food and use of other catering equipment when hiring the main hall is £10 per hour;
Hire of AV Equipment or Portable Sound system is £7 per booking;
Hire of the stage with main hall is £17 per hour.
St Paul’s, Meeting Room is 6.25m x 4m in size. It can seat up to 20 people without tables and 18 people with boardroom tables.
We have AV equipment which can be hired as an additional item.
As part of the hire of the meeting room you can access the kitchen for making tea/coffee and cold drinks and to serve cold food. If you wish to heat or cook food and use the other equipment then the kitchen option should also be booked.
This room is not available to book for children’s parties.
Meeting Room is £12.60 per hour;
Use of kitchen for preparation of hot food and use of other catering equipment when hiring the meeting room is £10 per hour;
Hire of AV Equipment is £7 per booking.
St Paul’s, Upstairs Studio is 15.4m x 5.1m in size. It seats around 50 people and there are 5 large tables and 2 smaller tables. There are no kitchen facilities in this area.
Upstairs Studio is £12.60 per hour.
St Paul’s Catering Kitchen is available to hire for catering purposes only at a cost of £28 per hour. However, all bookings for this purpose should be made directly via the ‘Contact Us’ page to the office and not on Hallmaster.

St Paul’s, Hala Hall is 8.30m x 9.35m in size and is situated in the St Paul’s Hala Worship and Community Centre, Hala Square, Lancaster, LA1 4RW. It can seat around 50 people or 40 people during free activity and there are 12 tables.
It is ideal for exercise classes and smaller party bookings. Included in the hire of Hala Hall is access to a smaller kitchen for making drinks only. Pre-prepared cold food (buffet/afternoon tea) may be served but plates etc will need to be brought along. Please note that use of this kitchen area is shared with others. Hirers have to ensure that they remove all rubbish at the end of the booking.
Hala Hall is £19.60 per hour.
