Our Pastoral Care Team are a group of volunteers – who have all been through a safer recruitment and training process – who regular visit those who would like a visitor from the church.  Whether this is due to a long term condition meaning they can no longer come along to a church service or whether it is a short term condition and a friendly face visiting would make all the difference. 

We can also offer a Home Communion visit for those who can’t make it along to a church service.
